Pump Scheduler for Hubitat
Pump Scheduler is a Hubitat app designed to automate equipment that needs to run for a specific number of hours each day without operating continuously. Originally developed for swimming pool pumps, it also works with spa pumps, drainage pumps, septic aerators, and other motor-driven equipment.
Unlike a simple timer, Pump Scheduler intelligently divides the daily runtime into multiple cycles, allowing configurable cooldown periods between runs to reduce motor heat and wear. The app automatically tracks daily runtime, monitors scheduled events, recovers from hub restarts, and restores operation after updates.
