After buying a A13 tablet I found that no drivers exist for it. So after searching the net I have ceated a modified driver that will work with the A13.
This is a DBM driver and works with mass storage.
The A13 jelly bean system will have 3 USB connection options you need to select the bottom one before installing.

It includes drivers for xp vista and 7 however vista should be able to download these drivers from microsoft. Your likely only going to need this driver if you are running XP.
